Job Description
Ideally, the candidate will have a minimum 1 year of experience in residential conveyancing.
Role Overview:
As a valued member of our team, your responsibilities will include:
- Handling administrative duties, client care letters, and assisting in the legal process.
- Managing communication via email and phone with clients, estate agents, and third parties.
- Conducting ID, AML and other compliance checks.
- Drafting standard documentation and correspondence.
- Providing essential support in exchanging contracts and facilitating transaction completions.
